When opening a support ticket please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays
in resolving your ticket.
For example: Saying email doesn't work, may not provide our technicians enough information to resolve your email problem, however if you provide them with the email account (e.g. joe@yourdomain.com), the username and password of the email account and let them know if it is incoming, outgoing or both, they will have the ability to test and resolve you issue more quickly. It is also helpful to provide any error messages you may be receiving and what email software you are using, (such as Outlook), or if the problem is through Webmail.
