Web HSP provides outstanding support and resources for our cPanel Web Hosting customers and includes the following services to assist our customers in keeping their servers current and trouble free.

Maintenance is done on a periodic basis to keep the software and operating system current. Occasional reboots and emergency maintenance will be required upon occasion. Whenever there will be any unplanned extended service outage, we will post a notice on the announcements section of your Support Desk.

7x24x365 Online Support Desk/ticketing system free
Our ticketing systems assists us and our customers track their requests and assists us in providing you with outstanding support. You can access the support system for your account from the support section of our website.
Upgrades free
Upgrades within our shared hosting plans are easy and can usually be done through your control panel.
3rd Party Software included with your plan(s) server side free
Many scripts included with your plans are freeware or commercial applications not supported by the control panel vendor. We will ensure server configuration is correct and do initial trouble shooting. Our technicians will refer you to appropriate resources for support, e.g. software vendor, support forums, etc. See Script debugging below.
Other 3rd party scripts / unsupported software fee-based
Our technicians can install most common applications and scripts upon request for our standard support rate. You will need to provide appropriate licenses as required. Please ask our technicians if your desired application or script is suitable on our shared hosting servers before purchasing. Applications requiring root access to be installed are not allowed (we recommend VPS for applications and scripts not suitable for a shared server environment).
Off Network Moves / Migrations fee-based
Our technicians will be happy to assist you in moving your account(s) from another provider for our Standard support rate.
Scripts Debugging fee-based
Our technicians will attempt to debug 3rd party scripts upon request for our Standard support rate.
