*Backup Options
Web HSP completes daily scheduled incremental backups with full weekly backups of our VPS servers stored off server. You can request recovery of data files, directories, etc. through our online Support Desk for a by incident fee.
Alternately, you can use the Backup and restore features provided in your control panel. We highly recommend backing up your data remotely on a periodic basis.

Monitoring Services
All VPS nclude our basic monitoring service. Our system monitors the services and if a port/service fails to respond, the system will automatically restart the service. In the event one of the ports/services (see list below) does not automatically restart successfully, the system will email/page you.
